- PPatriciaVIPNew York City •17 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOverall, the experience was amazing. My server was attentive and brought the food quickly. My food was hot. I enjoyed the beet salad and the crab stuff. Salmon was delicious. I am not a fan of the fish tacos. I also enjoyed a cocktail, which was really good. Overall, excellent experience. - HHaydenVIPNew York City •160 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoYesterday was a sad day in Merrick New York as it was the last day of a well loved family restaurant. Grillfire closed its doors last night following several years of enjoying a reputation of a place to go with friends and family and feel welcome and enjoy good (great actually) food and drink. Last night was no exception. The place was packed !! It will be missed. I am glad the other George Martin restaurants in the area remain open!!!More infoGeorge Martin's Grillfire (Merrick)Price: Moderate• American• Merrick•4.7
- DDr. SandraNew York City •14 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 15, 2025Great personable service. No problem parking as they have a lot. The fried onions are to die for. And it’s really a great deal for the 2 pound lobster dinner. The Manhattan clam chowder was loaded with vegetables and a sprinkling of clams but was totally acceptable. The house salad was huge and everything fresh. The bread basket had three different types, including a very nice banana bread I think. We’re planning to go at least once a month for the lobster special and just discovered they have a steak night special on Thursday, which is extremely reasonable and sounds very good.More infoNautilus CafePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Freeport•4.8

The food at Off the Hook was really good (especially the appetizers). Our waiter was very attentive and took good care of us. Overall 9.5 out of 10!More infoOff The Hook Raw Bar & Grill - FreeportPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Baldwin•4.6
- RRenataNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 28, 2024I enjoyed everything! The server, Armando E was very thorough. He explained the food and drink specials for the day. I ordered the Branzino stuffed with crab meat, which was delicious; no complaints there. The special rum bunch was awesome. I am excited about my next visit especially because the entire restaurant staff were kind and informative, on a rainy day. You rocked it!!!More infoCatcher's Fish HousePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Freeport•3.4
