Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences.     We LOVED this restaurant. We sat inside so we couldn’t see the movie, but that wasn’t really an issue. The restaurant itself was stunning. Our server David was absolutely lovely. He really made our experience. The food was great, we got the smoked salmon, burrata with pears, sesame chicken, and pork chop. Everything was delicious. For dessert we got crème brûlée and a sort of chocolate mousse. Fantastic. It’s an expensive date but you pay for the food and the experience. Would go again!

    Great Oaxacan food and full bar. We got a bunch of dishes to share (aguachile, queso, tlyuda, mole short ribs, chile relleno). Everything was delicious! They have a selection of high quality mezcals - I ordered the flight. I didn't try their cocktails, but our friends really enjoyed theirs. Highly recommend!

    I always love the level of care the staff give you, I really wish I got my servers name, he was absolutely delightful! Food came out very fast and everything was delicious. I also got the virgin pina colada and one of the best!

    Great food! We will return. The staff is a little stretched, but that's just a post-covid world. It wasn't all that busy, just busy enough to slow things down. She was attentive and efficient in her job. The pozole is not to be missed! It's not just a soup.
