- TTerenceNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoNicely lit and decorated spaces. Long bar with comfortable stools upon entering. Seems they have a good Happy Hour M-F. Will have to check it out Everyone was dressed nicely, as the ambiance calls for. Drinks well made and on par pricewise. Escorted by personable hosts to table in dining room. Tables were spaced well. Ambiance of a high end steak house. Servers were attentive, efficient and polite. Manager Saul was involved and engaging. Noise level was quite comfortable, even with a number large parties scattered throughout the room. Small cheese puff biscuits provided on table is quite good. Centrally located salad and sides bar clean, fresh and on temperature. Nice variety as well. French fries and mashed potatoes are also available/provided. The mashed was good, but the fries, while hot and crisp, were coated. Not my preference, but not unpleasant. The tableside meat skewer service was very frequent and plentiful. The meats were hot and perfectly prepared. This night there was beef and lamb picanhas, bacon wrapped chicken, brazilian sausage, plain and spicy sirloin, filet mignon and flank steak. I had hoped for lamb chops and maybe another pork offering (other than sausage) but I was not disappointed in the least with the night's selections. The house Malbec was reasonably priced and very good. Dessert selections were not extensive, but nicely varied. Pecan pie, a chocolate mousse cake and key lime pie were some of the choices. The ice cream that accompanied the pecan pie was not too flavorful and not as sweet and creamy as one would expect. But the pie was spot on. The espresso was very good. Good coffee is a must for a venue like this. Joining their email mailing list gets you a certificate for $20 off your next meal and a birthday special offering as well. Interesting item was reading about their butcher shop on their website. While not on the premises (I dont think), you can order their signature meats for delivery or pick up at the location.More infoTexas de Brazil - YonkersPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Yonkers•4.7

- DDouglasNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was Valentines night so your not always sure what To expect. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the tempura cauliflower and Eggplant plant meatball appetizers. The cauliflower with an aioli sauce was perfect. Fried crispy yet perfect on the inside. The meatless meatballs were really good. The red sauce they are served with was perfect. I got the Sirloin strip for my main course. If I had been going to a top steak house instead, I would have been thrilled with this steak. Cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned and amazingly tender and tasty. Bravo. My girlfriend got the Fillet Mignon cooked medium. Not only was it a perfect pink from top to bottom, with an amazing sear , it was melt in your mouth good and very tasty for a fillet. She loved it. I had mine with their whipped potatoes and sautéed string beans. Both were perfect. Ask them for a side of sautéed string beans, they’re not on the menu. You won’t be disappointed. We split the crème brulle Cheese cake for Desert. A perfect ending to one of the better meals I’ve had out in a long time. The service was top notch as well. The perfect amount of presence exactly when you needed it and not when you didnt. All the servers worked great as a team. The sign of a good maitre d’. Easy in and out with valet parking. There really is nothing bad to say at all. I would highly recommend Zuppa.More infoZuppa RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Yonkers•4.7
