    We had a wonderful evening at Alchemy. The Steak Tartare was our starter. Classic presentation with bursting flavors. My lover had Filet Mignon, while I ordered the Beef Wellington. Our server was whity , courteous and prompt. He suggested pairing from the wine list for her and spirits for myself. While existing we made small talk with a gentleman that we turned out to be the owner. He was charming, kind and humble. We loved this evening and look forward to our next visit.

    I found that they elevate what one would think to be simple flavors into a five star experience. How do they that? Soup five stars, pasta and bolognese sauce simple yet five stars and their extensive wine list five stars! Yummy!!!!

    Going tonight with one server and one hostess. Those ladies did an amazing job. The surf and turf roll was to die for. Our server made our experience wonderful even tho she had the entire restaurant and bar area to deal with herself.
