Isabelle provided exceptional service during my recent dining experience. While the food was satisfactory for the price, her outstanding attention to detail and warm demeanor made the evening truly memorable. Her professionalism and genuine desire to ensure our satisfaction were evident throughout our meal.

Brussel sprouts were delicious, The braised short ribs were tender , tasty and paired nicely with root veggies and mashed potatoes. Our server, Ashley Beers, was exceptional. Friendly, informed and engaging.

We had an overall excellent experience at jags last night. The food was full of flavor and the service was top notch. It didn’t surprise me that our server has been working there for over 21 years.

Took my 15 year old son to his first Ruby’s. The experience was wonderful. Had to reschedule due to the snowstorm and was not able to get a high top by the sushi station. Normally this would be perfectly fine, but it was a bit cold, unfortunately. Our server, Sarah, was awesome. She really took care to make sure my son’s first experience was a good one. Even went so far as to take a photo and placing it in a card with a nice note. She really went above and beyond. I got the Steak Burrow, and my wife and son got the petite filets. The Burrow was the favorite of the table and what we’ll all be getting during our next visit. The filets were very good, but maybe not what I would tend to expect from a Ruby’s. Just a bit chewier than normal. They can’t all be exquisite, though. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely be asking for Sarah when we return. Patrick

First time going to any Red Lobster, will definitely go back again. We received a gift card over the holidays, was surprised over the amount of food for the price. My only complaint is the booth seating isn't very comfortable for plus size guests. I didn't ask about being seated somewhere else because I only saw tables for larger groups instead of 2 people.
