Restaurants near Hanalei National Wildlife Refuge

We had a wonderful experience at Gaylord’s Plantation this afternoon. There are no bad seats and the open air seating was enjoyable and relaxing. The food was the best we’ve had on the island and the service was excellent. We’ll go back soon!

We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant sits oceanfront with a beautiful panoramic view. Our server Breena was outanding . We ordered the crispy octopus and catch of the day which was opakapaka with a pineapple Salsa and a lovely glass Kussler Chardonnay. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious. We will definitely return when we are back on this island.

It’s always great to see friends and to listen to Aldrene and Aaron play.

Everything from the cocktail to the appetizer, salad, entree and dessert were top notch, fairly priced and creative. It was not the standard fare offered by other restaurants and the place had a friendly, but laid back vibe.
