- CCarlOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoBooking was easy. We had to postpone by 15 mins as running late. Very accommodating. Food arrived quickly and was very nice. Staff polite and helpful. Will go again. Well done all.More infoThe Flowing WellPrice: Moderate• British• Abingdon•4.4
- AAndrewOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoBest steak ever. Can’t fault anything here .Only one bad point was we had someone with walking problems and we had a blue badge so we parked in the disabled parking. This is on a slope and no drop kerb to access it so you have to bump up the kerb into a slope. Not the best. Otherwise perfect.More infoThe Chequers at BurcotPrice: Expensive• British• Abingdon•4.7
- JJennyLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoSunday 22 December 2024 my first visit here, we had just come from seeing Wicked at the local cinema. It was 4pm so not over busy, a real bonus! The waitress was lovely and friendly and took a real interest in our excitement over the film. We were not rushed. The space looked really nice, festive, and it was a cosy temperature. We both ordered the pork roast dinner... the waitress said it was delicious, and she was correct. Everything on the plate was cooked just right with plenty of gravy!!!! I would definitely go back. Congratulations to The Broadface on getting it right.More infoThe Broad FacePrice: Moderate• British• Abingdon•4.9
- LLeeOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThe Manor provided an exceptional experience for our group of eight from the moment we arrived. The venue was beautifully decorated and radiated a festive atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and ensured we were well looked after until it was time to be seated for our meal. Every member of the team was helpful, polite, and attentive, showing great care in handling our food and drink orders with precision. The management went above and beyond to make our visit even more special, both during and after the meal. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff’s consistent check-ins added to the seamless experience. It was evident that their shared commitment to excellence stemmed from the leadership and professionalism of the management team. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the evening, which was filled with fantastic entertainment, fun, and laughter—all made possible by the outstanding efforts of The Manor’s team. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!More infoThe Manor GarsingtonPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Oxford•4.3
- JJoanneKent •1 review4.0Dined on Dec 6, 2024The website seems to be out of date, it suggests fine dining with seasonal produce but upon arrival we were met with the ‘all day’ menu which, whilst very nice, wasn’t the reason we booked this hotel. The food was very nice but ‘pub grub’ with one or two exceptions. Two choices of dessert, crumble or sticky toffee pudding. Expected a dining experience as the website mentions duck, blue cheese soufflé etc but sadly it didn’t deliver what we thought we had booked.More infoNapier's @ Oxford ThamesPrice: Very Expensive• International• Oxford•4.3
