Excellence customer service, prompt attention in timely and presentation. Cozy environment and my kids enjoyed the Gingerbread festival case after the breakfast. I am very grateful with Wayne who gave us an appropriate table , Prena who was the Restaurant server for us and the welcoming approach from the Restaurant manager Angela.

Booked the “Winter Lure” dome dining experience, pricey but worth every penny. It was myself, my wife, and our two children (4 & 2 ), and we could not have been happier. Service was prompt and very polite and genuine. The food was small portions but absolutely stunning, and cooked or prepared to perfection. They were very accommodating with the kids which was a huge bonus for us, and the temperature and sound levels were great, we even had blankets for our laps which my son and I used just for fun, plus there’s a Bluetooth speaker for your own tunes. 9/10, and the only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 is the price.

Glo is a classy restaurant and we always enjoy our experience there. Today my partner had a flatbread and I ate a turkey club. We were both very happy with our meal and the service.

Great as always. Amazing service. They were very accommodating for modifying the dish for no dairy..even suggesting an alternate sauce etc. Incredible. Really put us first. I had the sablefish…absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. We were told that we had the table for two hours but even though we were over…no one rushed us. Outstanding. Thank you!!!

The perfect Tea experience in Victoria. The scones were perfectly light and crispy on the outside and flaky and moist on the inside. The cream was lusciously think and the jam was fresh and not too sweet. Just the right amount of food, and we were able to take leftovers to go. I love that they offer the locally made Silk Road Tea as their tea option. I dare say that the scones and offerings were as good and perhaps even better than the offerings at The Empress, at far less cost. If you've already done Tea elsewhere, give this lovely tea house a visit.
