Restaurants near Hawaiian Experience Spa

The food at the Italiano is fabulous, proof being that even on a Monday night the restaurant and bar were incredibly busy. My only issues were one trivial one and the other I would consider substantial. Trivial would be that tonight the kitchen was out of the zucchini blossoms which was tragic because I love them! The substantial issue for me is the noise level. We were sitting at one of the very comfortable couch like tables in the bar and the noise level is so high that you have to consistently ask those across from you to repeat what they are saying, and I also felt forced to lean across the table for them to hear me clearly. That is my singular negative aissue with the Italiano. Otherwise the food is amazing, the decor and style of the entire place is lovely, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I just wish the noise level would be brought down to a more civilized to level so as to make the dining experience that much more pleasurable.

Brought guests in who had never been at Grassroots Kitchen & Tap before. I chose an 'outside' table for the six of us & we all had a great time with our fabulous selections of great food & drink! All six of us started out with the tomato soup. Great choice on a cool evening; if any of us were chilled we quickly warmed up! I had the delicious Tuna Poke Bowl which is an appetizer- Again EXCELLENT!! Was enough with the cup of soup. (Then I split the delicious Key Lime pie with my husband. Next time I may get my own, but the pieces are huge!) Again, another great visit to Grassroots Kitchen & Tap with Wisconsin friends! I want to Thank AbigailP for the gift card; much appreciated !!!❤️

It was our anniversary and we truly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Jadah and her assistant in particular were a wonderful server combo. The bone in New York steak was at a great steakhouse level. Lovely evening.

We went as a group on a Thursday night and I have to say it was really outstanding. I had the special of the fish n chips and they were wonderful. A few folks got the burgers and were very happy as well as the french dip. But, the real key that put them over the top as outstanding was our server Gracie. She was magnificent! Came back and checked on us several times, always smiling and every single detail we asked for was perfect! We all commented on the way home we couldn't remember the last time we had service this excellent! She really makes Thompson 105 a place to go to have great service and amazing food!!

Without question, the best pizza I’ve had anywhere in the world. The salads are fantastic and the stuffed peppadews were sensational! Bruschetta is also excellent. The “ZA” pizza is addictive. Just tried Neapolitan Tartufo for dessert: shades of a week in Rome many years ago: I’m still dreaming of it! We always feel welcome and valued as staff is professional but warm and friendly! Love love love this treasure!
