Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens.     We had reservations on a Monday night due to the high demand because of the Christmas Pop up. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. People were taking walking around the taking pictures throughout the restaurant. We were sat at our table right away. Our waitress was very nice. We started with Garlic Knots which we both liked. I had the Bolognese which I enjoyed very much. My girlfriend had the braised short ribs which she also enjoyed. If you can get reservations we both recommend it.
