The Sky Bistro was a great experience overall, I got the short rib and I’d order it again! Our waiter James was very kind!

Highly recommend. Celebrated my birthday here yesterday. Foods and service exceeded our expectations. If anyone is looking for restaurant with mountain view this will be the spot. Will definitely come back for more food to try. Our stay in Canmore is not complete without stopping by at Bridgette bar.Amy was our server she's awesome ,extremely kind and accommodating.

We had an amazing evening! The special was a 30 layers lasagna which tasted amazing but was not the size you’d expect when you spend $30 on a 1 inch thick 30 layer piece. Portion needs to be addressed

The Bluebird is wonderful in every way. We loved the ambiance perhaps most of all, but everything was five stars. I wish we’d found it earlier in our stay in Banff, as we would’ve eaten here or enjoyed the cozy bar more than once. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience! We had a very memorable experience here, we chose the chefs tasting menu. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Our server/hostess was so fun and knowledgeable and enhanced our experience! Amuse bouche - flavour bomb of duck on a tiny doughnut Salmon - very light with pickled fennel….very nordic very tasty, forgot the picture! Veal tartare - I love beef tartare and this was a delicate and light version with a to die for cheese foam. Foie gras - I could eat this all day, just go try it. Pork and scallop - best porkbelly I’ve ever had, scallop cooked perfectly! Duck - omg, star of the show! Beautiful beet accompaniments, breast cooked perfectly, confit so tender! Coffee and apple dessert - we chose one of each to enjoy. Both were light and the apple comes with a tiny scoop of butterscotch ice cream which was amazing! Everything was so expertly prepared, perfectly paced and absolutely divine, we can’t wait to come back! Cheers to the team at Ankor🥂
