Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. As regular patrons we were not surprised by the quality of service and food. The staff are wonderful and attentive to a fault without being overbearing. Our 3rd visit in 14 days and certainly not our last.

Had a lovely meal on New Year’s Day while we were on a trip to the Peak District for new years from Kent, we loved the food and the service here! Very worth a visit and dog friendly which was a bonus!
