Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare.     The food was absolutely amazing! Three of us shared the lamb with mushroom risoto and green beans, shrimp and ham with grits, and pumpkin risoto. They were all so good that no one had a favorite, and all three were gluten free! The restaurant was full so nothing came out quickly, but our server, Allen, was great and the food was worth the wait.

    Went to P.F. Chang’s while in Asheville Friday night. The food was great, cocktails were very good, and our server Hurley was excellent. He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. Would definitely recommend going here when in the Asheville area.

    They don't honor your reservation if there are people already there ahead of you who didn't make a reservation, so beware. We were told they can't turn people away just bc a table is reserved. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the reservation. We were eventually seated after the 4 parties that were ahead of us. Food was good, but beware if you make a reservation, it is only honored if they happen to have a table available.
