The petite filet was perfectly cooked and so tender. I also had the gnocchi which wasn’t very light but the short ribs with it was very tasty and super tender! If you love truffles, you gotta try the billionaires twice baked potato it can easily be shared and was outstanding!

We had a fabulous evening at Eddie V's in Austin. We started with a Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp were unbelievable! We followed up with the Wedge Salad. Divine! She had a Filet Mignon. It was delicious, tender and juicy. She's still talking about it! (And if she's happy.....I'm happy!). I devoured the Scallops which were out of this world. Luigi served us and you can't do better than Luigi. Just the best! Needless to say we can't wait to return.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the cocktails to dessert. This is where you go if you are looking for a first class dinning experience. Come with an empty stomach because the portions are enormous. We have two people splurge for the King Crab and it was superb. The seafood pasta has generous amounts of protein and flavor. The steaks are exceptional cooked over a mesquite fire. Juliana our host for the evening was a joy!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Edge Rooftop Bar, and it was an incredible experience! The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The ambiance is modern and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the menu had a great selection of options to suit all tastes. The food was equally impressive – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Edge Rooftop Bar to anyone looking for a memorable rooftop experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
