Our service professional Rob was on point! He made sure everything was perfect, especially catering to food allergy needs. He went out of his way to make sure everything was safe. We never had an empty drink. The food was delicious. The backup staff was on their game. Top notch service from walking in the door to leaving.

We had a young lady named Nancy, and we always asked for her. Nancy not only took care of us, Nancy also made our granddaughters feel right at home. Our food order came out nice and hot, and Nancy always checked on us to make sure that we we're happy and our food was good. Please let Nancy know that we are truly happy with her service. We went to End of Elm to celebrate my daughter‘s 25th birthday, and it did not disappoint!  The drinks were amazing (although pricey). The food was spectacular. Every item of food we got tasted so delicious! The service was top-notch, our server was Paul, and even though the restaurant was crowded, he paid attention to our every request, checked on us often and even put a birthday candle in the dessert we ordered . They were very attentive to my gluten allergy so I had no problems after the dinner. Can’t wait to go back to End of Elm. 

Loved the lunch. Loved the service. Portion sizes seemed smaller than in the past. The noise level was difficult for a business meal. We requested a private room but they must have been taken already. We’ll be back next year. We love it there

The new location is gorgeous. Same excellent service and food and they’ve added agedashi tofu to the menu now!
