We dined here for Thanksgiving dinner with a party of 7. We were lucky to have JoJo wait on us for the evening. She was so accommodating, friendly, funny, and inviting. One of our sons mentioned that he hasn’t felt more at home away from home at Thanksgiving than here. The food was great. We were seated upstairs in the ball room and had everything we needed and more. The young man at the prime rib serving station was very friendly as well. We even spoke with Mr. and Mrs. Lui. It’s nice to have such a lovely option for the holiday that lets us spend more time with family!

Opted for J Gilberts to do the Thanksgiving cooking...and it was a wonderful afternoon!! A lot of other folks had the same idea and my hat is tipped to the great organization and prompt, friendly service! Food was delicious as usual (we are somewhat regular customers). Props to our server Candice who was friendly and attentive. I've recommended J Gilberts to friends and out-of- towners in the past and they always have a great experience.

Nothing really amazing, but good. Nice atmosphere!

This was my first experience with my family as we can never get a reservation during our preferred time! Although a little mishap with our order, the whole staff was so accommodating, so responsive and the person in charge even stopped by and apologized even though I was not asking for one but so nice to be treated as such! The food was amazing and especially that Margherita pizza! Best pizza I have ever had in Ohio period!

Always the best experience every time for adults and kids alike. We are going weekly at this point - love it there so much.
