So it was great to see that his food continues to be full of flavour, variety and unexpected twists. We were a group of 9, and our server herded us cats expertly, getting happy hour drinks and snacks in under the wire. Everyone loved their pasta mains, especially my al Limone (perfect with a glass of Soave). The atmosphere is bright and busy and super friendly. The service from the waiting staff and the bar staff was excellent. W e sat at the bar and the bar staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We have been in Banff nearly 2 weeks now and we think this was the best meal and experience we have had so far. We ate the rack of ribs and the bison burger….OMG they were both amazing, incredibly delicious, we didn’t want the meal to end lol. We also had some awesome cocktails and will be back again for cocktail happy hour! We would highly recommend visiting Park Distillery, if you’re in Banff this place is a MUST visit!
