Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Testal has become an absolute gem at their downtown location. It’s like the oasis needed in a hectic area of CDMX. Had to start my meal with a nopales salad and also had to try their season special, Chiles en Nogada!! That I can confirm are the best in town! Thank you everyone at Testal for making my meal a memorable experience!!
