We ate dinner on the roof. Service was great and good food. They serve complimentary salsa made at table FYI. We both got different types of mole-delish.

I liked the intro at the beginning you come to the room with Cómales de Barro and introduced to different tortillas and Salsas. We got to a corner and I was not able to see much and salsas were far from where I was and they only brought me 2 of the 4 they offered at the beginning but not a big deal. We tried 3 appetizers and 4 different Moles and all were amazing and unique flavors. I would come back with a friend. Appetizer was delicious Cascara de Nuez.

We had a wonderful lunch at Zandunga Sabor Istmeño. The food was absolutely delicious, with vibrant flavors that showcased the rich culinary traditions of the region. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authenticity. The ambience of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a charming blend of traditional and modern touches that created the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff made excellent recommendations and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Zandunga is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the true taste of Oaxaca in a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We loved it.. the amuse amusebouche was fantastic, perfect octopus. Fideo was simple but perfect on a chilly and unexpected rainy December day , the sea bass was exquisitely cooked with minimal seasoning.. in a city where the tendency to use every flavor in Oaxaca on each dish - for me this was lovely and refreshing in simplicity.. service was equally wonderful
