We were a party of four who thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. We were seated immediately and the staff were kind and courteous. The surroundings were welcoming and had a great ambience. The food was lovely and delivered at the same time, so no one in our party was left waiting. Plenty of choice on the menu and great wine choices. We were so pleased with our Christmas dinner experience 😊 and would highly recommend this restaurant

We made a reservation and promptly arrived on time. The lower part of the restaurant has full glass windows so you can see out. We were seated on the upper level with no view. The waitress had to come up and down the stairs to service our table. We ordered our drinks and waited. They eventually arrived. The food came and was very good. The online menu showed a chocolate soufflé available. But the waitress said it was not on the daily menu. She asked and the chef accommodated the request. The waitress did not return will our bill. We were abandoned upstairs alone. I had to go downstairs to settle our payment. Not great service.

Serves good pizza and authentic Italian cuisine of top quality. Deserves to be better known in Bayreuth.
