- BBenitaChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days ago1st time hear celebrating my best Friend's birthday and yes they Didn't charge us for the dessert but all the server did was put a candle on it and come out and hand it to her no special song or Even say Happy Birthday just lit the candle and put it down in front of her and walked away. Grateful for the dessert but It would have been nice to sing a little Happy Birthday or make it a little special for her since it was a milestone birthday. When I asked about things on the menu the server seemed bothered that I asked...we never been here so I was asking what he suggests. Maybe he had something on his mind but they AUTOMATICALLY ADD 18% gratuity to your bill so I assume that's why he really didn't care. I tipped in addition to that added gratuity but the service on this 1st experience was not warm or welcoming. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing that I would give 5 stars the drinks during happy hour were also very tasty we will be back...and hopefully we will experience better service. The food was spot on...loved it!!More infoBeatnik West TownPrice: Moderate• Global, International• West Town•4.5
- NnickNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI took a group to Brasero. We really enjoyed the option to do family style or the normal menu. The group split the porterhouse which was excellent. The noodles and fried rice were a great pairing. Service and the staff were friendly and engaging making for a great night.More infoBraseroPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• West Town•4.8
- FFrigoVIPChicago / Illinois •64 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI am excited about every aspect of our dining experience at Jeong. We were greeted by Jennifer, who is one of the owners. She was so friendly and interested in making sure we had a special dining experience. The room is beautiful and has a very warm, minimalist feel. Every course was 10 out of 10. The attention to detail was evident in each dish, which was delicious and artfully presented. All of the dishes are very unique, and there wasn't a single course that was not outstanding. All four people in our party loved the salmon tartare and the perfectly seared scallop. Yet, we raved about all of the courses. The Jeong wine pairings were excellent too. The dinnerware for each course was unique, and the wine glasses were elegant. The dining experience at Jeong is very special. I am already looking at my calendar for a time to return. It was truly exceptional.More infoJeongPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Korean• West Town•4.9
