Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. This was a first visit, but there will be many more. Knife and Spoon restaurant really deserves to regain its Michelin star. Amazing service, superb cuisine, very good ambiance. The Australian Wagyu filet is worth the premium, and the kimchi spinach as well as the macaroni and cheese provide an excellent accompaniment. The innovative Caesar Salad was delightful, and you should save room for the dessert soufflé.
