Food was awesome but pricy! The two wines we had were great !

This is one of my first-choice restaurants in Irving. The food and service are impeccable but be sur and make a reservation. This is a very busy restaurant. You will not regret your decision to visit.

we enjoyed a very nice Sunday Brunch at the striking Knife restaurant in the Ritz Carlton with friends. Alexis our proficient server,made ordering so easy. Scrambled eggs with chives and jalapeños for starters followed by smoked salmon with delightful croissants.

We arrived early, so we got drinks at the bar and sat by the fireplace while we waited. The blended rye old fashioned was delicious! Once sat, our waiter David greeted us and his recommendations were great! We had the onion rings to start and they were PERFECT! We both ordered the 13oz ribeye which were cooked to perfection as well! Last, but surely not least, we had the pecan pie for dessert. The crust of the pie is cinnamon rolls! That dessert was outstandingly good and sweet! We will return for round two very soon!

I chose this restaurant on a whim while in the DFW area for a short trip. I was trying to pick a restaurant between the airport and my hotel and chose based on a couple of pictures of the food. When I got to the restaurant, looking at the menu I could tell I would be in for a treat- ingredients that aren’t easy to find (ex. Huitlacoche) and the drinks were excellent. I went with the pan-seared cobia and it was very tasty as was the Mexican Cioppino. My only regret was that I wasn’t hungrier so I could have tried a couple appetizers. The food was excellent, the ambiance was modern but not too loud. Would definitely recommend if you want Latin food with a modern twist.
