This was my first time going based on positive reviews from my parents and friends. This did not disappoint and is the best restaurant I have attended in a long time. The service was unbeatable. The atmos was wonderful, warm and very inviting. Love the quirky and distinctive art and deco around the rooms. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely attentive and very helpful. I am excited and looking forward to going back with my partner. This has kick started my Christmas in the best way possible. As always the food was amazing. Only constructive criticism is that the Panna Cotta has changed to strawberry Flavour on a Prosecco jelly base, the original version is much nicer. This doesn’t mean it was bad, it was just disappointing. However, overall the food was delicious.

An incredible meal and overall experience. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable about all the dishes on the menu. It was my birthday, I was astounded to find they'd placed a helium balloon and a birthday card on the table. I have always wanted to try lobster thermidor, so was delighted to try that which included prawns and baby scallops. My wife had a seafood crepe which was quite unusual and delicious. If you want incredible food without the formality of fine dining then look no further - most definitely our favourite restaurant in Yorkshire.

We enjoyed a long and leisurely Sunday lunch here as a group of six. The food, service, ambience, wine list quality and comfort were all outstanding. Highly recommend!
