Restaurants near John Brown Wax Museum

Knowing this is a sister property with Tuscarora Mills , our expectations were high & we were not disappointed.

Had a great dinner at Tuskies tonight. We were celebrating two anniversaries and the experience was amazing. My husband and I had pork belly tacos and lobster apps. Both were delicious. For our entrees we each had elk chops that were cooked to perfection. For dessert we shared pumpkin cheesecake that was so creamy and decadent. The other couple had oysters and lobster for the apps, plus halibut and seafood salad for the mains. They raved about all of it. Our server was outstanding and really enhanced the whole experience.

If you are looking to dine at what should be a Michelin 2 star rated restaurant then this is the restaurant you must try. Tucked away on a northern Virginia farm you can’t beat the locally procured delectable delights. Service is over the top and the offerings are fantastic.

I don’t want anyone to know about this restaurant. I want it all to myself and my family. I want to make it THE Purcellville restaurant I frequent on a weekly basis. The food is THAT good as is the service and ambiance. Shhh

The initial response as a whole was this looks quiet and not so active. Once outside the vehicle and actually checked the place out it came to like right in front of me. The tasting was nice and exposed me to some new wines. The food truck that was there, on Saturday 26th of October, was satisfying to the palate. The musical artist that performed was like a layer of warmth on a chilled evening. She sung some oldies but goodies and kept use entertained for a few hours. The main thing that stood out to me was there were no fire pits to keep warm on a cold afternoon. As a whole I enjoyed my first experience at this establishment I plan to return with more friends.
