Bata is a restaurant designed to celebrate the best our region has to offer. We cook over a live oak fire, on our custom fabricated hearth. Our menu changes daily. We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. We do not have any highchairs in house and ask that you please bring your own if it is required. We do not offer any outdoor seating. Kick off your evening at Sullivan’s with a craft cocktail, whether you prefer our “Knockout” orange-pineapple martini, a “Smoldering” smoking mezcal mule, or an elevated pomegranate cosmopolitan. From there, dive into our mouthwatering bar bites (like our signature sliders or blue cheese chips), or settle in for more formal, equally delicious steakhouse fare. There’s a cut for everyone, whether you’re partial to the “cowboy cut” bone-in ribeye or a classic filet mignon. Pair your steak with crab-stuffed shrimp or a broiled lobster tail for the ultimate surf-and-turf duo. There’s something in the air that makes Sullivan’s unique: an ambience at the intersection of luxury and cozy familiarity. Enjoy the swingin’ energy of our bar-centric atmosphere, soundtracked by the stylings of local musicians. You’ll be greeted by a staff who remembers you by name, offering personalized recommendations based on your typical favorites.

Best steak, every time. We love The Steak Out and it's our only go to for a perfectly cooked steak. Friendly staff, great dining experience and live music on the weekends really come together to set the stage for a comfortable but slightly upscale dining experience.

Minor "glitch" early on remedied by restaurant Zoe McCarthy in superbly professional manner. Food fit our Wednesday night requirements perfectly- food board we split for four and four appetizers/pizza/salads (not all, we are seniors), plus the bottle of wine and we left happy (as opposed to happily left).

Vivace continues to be one of the finest dining experiences in Tucson. Over the years the location has changed, both times for the better, but the food is consistently excellent. Their most popular entree is the crab stuffed chicken breast, and it has been my go-to dish for about 30 years.

Second time dining at a Fleming’s. Service was excellent, one of the major reasons we returned. We like our meat cooked “no pink” (well) and it was good but just a touch over done. I got the Land & Sea special; stuffed shrimp was just ok. We really like how accommodating the staff are, efficient yet personable, friendly, and welcoming. They all made my husband’s birthday celebration special. Will definitely return.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch and beers but I had an issue with the tall, blonde hostess with the long white dress. When I checked for my reservation, I told her that I booked it thru Open Table, but as I left the restaurant, I got an email saying that my reservation was cancelled for a no-show. I went back in and told another hostess who seemed to be confused, but a manager came over and to sort out the issue and I got my points. Someone needs to train the hostesses on how Open Table works.
