If this is a fusion of Turkish cuisine and middle east or mediterrian, they definitely observe more because Cikofte was not a cikofte and we waited for 5-10 min for sit our table and it was actually not good and also in Turkey, Turkish tea is giving at the end of meal for free.

We highly recommend Brasserie Ignaz. We planned a one-day visit to Konstanz and read about Brasserie Ignaz online and decided to make reservations based on the menu. The food, atmosphere and service were great. The steak frites was outstanding and the wild broccoli was fresh and perfectly prepared. We were so happy we sat at the bar to dine because we were able to talk with Charlotte who made some great recommendations for food and cocktails made with gin from the brasserie's extensive list. Charlotte was very nice. When we return to the area, we will definitely return to Brasserie Ignaz.

Overall good experience and service. Can be bit noisy and tables are close together, so maybe something to consider for those looking for more private dining experiences. Food was top quality and fresh . Toilet access is upstairs and were clean and pleasant. casual dress will be the recommendation.
