Lovely dinner celebrating our anniversary. Julie, our waitress was attentive and made our meal very special.

Our dinner was perfect. Filet was cooked exactly how I asked. All the dishes were delicious our friends said. Lacy was an excellent host. You really can’t go wrong if you’re looking for a memorable meal along with holiday memories. We’ll be back. Thank you Anderson Reserve.

Great menu. Busy because of the half price martini Monday.

Our first time being back in awhile and I have to say, it was superb! Chef Topple’s menu is amazing. The arancini and calamari were both cooked to perfection and great flavors- I love the pepperocinis in the calamari. Our table shared the strip steak and paella. The steak was cooked to perfect MR temp and the sides of mushrooms and spinach Parmesan risotto were great compliments to the steak. All were flavorful and excellent. The seafood paella had a good quantity of scallops, shrimp, mussels and salmon. The rice was cooked well and flavors rich and tasty. We ended with the caramel churros which did not disappoint! Warm and gooey center, crisp and cinnamon outside- yum! They have also updated the wine menu which is diverse and excellent. With varietals from all over the world, we tried two from Idaho and Australia, which we enjoyed immensely and were reasonably priced. Finally the service- our server Liam, was attentive but not hovering. He was personable and made excellent recommendations. Other staff stopped by to deliver food, essentials or just to see how things were going. What a treat! All in all, our experience was incredible - the Reserve at Tamarack is definitely doing something right! We look forward to dining again soon at the Reserve!

My husband and I had an excellent time at the cuteater celebrating my birthday. We booked a table for a Tuesday evening and it was perfect. Quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding and we felt cared for the entire time. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer is delicious and we had bison and pasta entrees that were savory and memorable. Can’t wait to eat here again in the future!
