The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. I was greeted with birthday wishes at the host station even though no one in my group had told them it was my birthday. Patrick was our server and he did everything right. He was very attentive. My husband and I were splitting 2 entrees and the kitchen staff made us 2 separate plates! And Patrick brought me a cup of ice cream with Jimmies and a candle at the end of our meal. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I have been to brookside several times and always leave satisfied. And mio was very good and my table mates enjoyed their meal. Also. Our server was very good, quite professional. I have Celiac and I'm always concerned that I will have cross-contamination issues but I've been fine every time. Thank you.
