Outstanding, as usual. The flat iron tartare was the winner dish of the evening, a 'special' that deserves a permanent spot on the menu. Service was impeccable; the servers' attention to detail was exactly what you would expect from a M rated restaurant. My third time at Quetzal. So far, its been better each time I go.

First, service was super relaxed and friendly, and I got some great recommendations. Second (and more importantly) the food was great! Highly recommend the leeks. Really enjoyed the bar seating - I love watching the cooks and got to ask some questions about preparation.

This is the place I take all my vegan and non-vegan friends and family when they visit the city. The tasting menu with wine pairing is an awesome price for the quality and thoughtfulness of everything Hawker offers, I’ve never had someone not say it was at least in the top 5 best meals they’d ever had! The cocktails are also wonderful across the board

Absolutely wonderful service and amazingly accommodating. The food was delicious even by normal food standards and if I could eat there every day I would. The staff were so kind and thoughtful and careful with my allergies. Truly the best experience
