The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. I can never say enough about our great experiences at this restaurant!! The atmosphere is fun and sweet, as is all the staff we have ever encountered here!!! The food is always amazing and it is the one place my daughter is a member of the “clean plate club”! We love this place and it is my daughter’s favorite restaurant! And though it was just the two of us our request when we made our reservation was honored and we got to sit at a tilt a whirl booth! The staff here constantly surpasses itself in making our meals here beyond our expectations! Thank you again! You are all awesome!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love the fillet of flounder sandwich as well as the fried chicken sandwich we asked for french fries to be cooked crispy and they absolutely were. Carrie is a great server. We look forward to coming back soon.
