It features a creatively prepared and presented Contemporary American menu with a Southern twist in the farm to table tradition. Glen-Ella Springs Inn Restaurant is open to the public and inn guests beginning at 5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday April through December, and Wednesday through Saturday January through March. Calling ahead is recommended as some additional nights are closed in the winter.
