Restaurants near Long Island Marina

We had a great experience at 16 Prime! The restaurant staff was very pleasant as soon as we walked in. All the staff were polite and served our food, drinks, in a timely way! We did not feel rushed at any point during our visit. We enjoyed the Crispy Shrimp appetizer, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, a bone in ribeye with the blue cheese enhancement, and the salmon dish! All were delicious and was more than enough to share. The portion sizes were good, not too small like some other places! We were happy with our experience and will be back to try more!

Our dinner and service were outstanding. We really enjoyed our evening. The one suggestion I would make is —a bit more lights and holiday decor would have been nice. With that cathedral ceiling, I had hoped for a little more festivity.

Beautiful Christmas Eve dining experience. Very festive. Staff did a great job with the pace of the courses. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared - the only comment being that we booked before the menu was set and there was a lot of calamari this year (2 courses - which is really an acquired taste due to its unique texture). We enjoyed our evening!

Our family from NY cerebrated Christmas at Choplin’s for the first time after hearing great things about the restaurant from friends in the area. We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate. The food was delicious, portions were huge and the dessert menu had something for everyone! For a group of 15, it’s not easy to satisfy everybody and Choplins nailed it! The interior has modern touches, yet warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return to this family operated gem. The service was impeccable even with so many Christmas parties going on. We live in New York City where there are amazing restaurants. I would recommend Choplin’s to anyone who has high expectations for steaks and seafood. We are in the process of moving and didn’t have a home for thanksgiving and we went to the Club. The staff was all great and we had a great time.
