The dining experience at Prime Signature Steak is top notch. Excellent service, food and atmosphere.

Excellent service and food. We had the clam chowder, lobster and crab roll,poke, teishoku, and lemongrass tart. All were very good , well-presented and very fresh. I highly recommend it here.

First time visiting the restaurant. We were a little early for our reservation but hostess quickly seated our family of 5. Our server came and took our drink orders and explained the Texas De Brazilian way of enjoying their restaurant. The salad bar and sides bar were great and pretty tasty. They brought out cheesy bread, french fries, mashed potatoes and grilled cinnamon bananas for the table as an extra sides to have at the table. Everything was good and we will return again.

Consistently good service and food For this high end type of restaurant they should have a better check in process There is constantly walk ins from the hotel that run in ahead of people with reservations There should be a defined separate method for those coming in who have made reservations months ahead like most locals do than those walking in It’s like a cattle stampede with rude people pushing into one small doorway No other high end restaurant has this issue. Servers and food are great. Even the limited eating time works because orders come out quickly. But the entry always causes some anxiety Fix that and it’s a perfect place to eat
