The Chief Commanda has been a staple in North Bay's Marina for over twenty years, serving as a bar, restaurant, and tourist attraction under various managements after being decommissioned and relocated from Callander Bay.In 2013, our family team saw an opportunity to take over the property and the aging vessel. Two local brothers, along with their experienced food and beverage team, embraced the challenge to revive the "old girl." We kept it simple, renaming it The Boat North Bay—a family-owned local business.
