When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that.     We had the best time dining with friends at Olive and Oak. Our server was outstanding, along with all of the hosts, bussers, and additional support staff. Our meal was perfectly paced and gave us time to enjoy each course, as well as visit with our friends. The food and drinks were absolutely spectacular, as always. To top things off, we were gifted a bottle of wine before leaving from the manager. Hows that for a wow-factor?!

    I've had the pleasure of dining at Twisted Tree for the last two nights. Both experiences were pleasurable with good friends and delicious food. The servers and all the wait staff are kind, knowledgeable and quick to take care of their customers. The food has always been perfect. From salad to our meals everyone raves about their experience. I highly recommend everyone give Twisted Tree their business!
