The wife and I enjoy Texas. Food quality was good. The Delmonico cut is typically excellent. Tonight it was good but not as flavorful as in the past. Not disappointed by any means. Wife had the salad which was excellent. Her entree, the medallions, were good but not great. Service was good, but the waiter was wearing a mask and he kept pulling it down and adjusting it. This set the tone. In such a nice establishment the wait staff should not wear a mask. Frankly, it is unhygienic. His service was very good but it was hard to get past the mask. The waiter was the only person in a packed restaurant wearing one. We almost left but we enjoy Texas enough that it was tolerated.

Our server was the best ever. Always have excellent service here but this one was excellent. Food was as usual and expected as excellent as well. Noise level a little elevated but seems to be a trend in new restaurants now days.
