We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine.     It was fantastic! I had a long overdue dinner planned with two of my best girlfriends tonight and we are so happy we chose JOEYs! We were greeted by Ambers huge welcoming smile and seated right away. We loved our comfortable booth, the ambiance was beautiful, and despite it being a busy restaurant, it felt so comfortable and cozy. Our server was Maddie and she was fantastic! Very attentive, gave great drink suggestions, and even suggested two appetizers which happened to be two of our favorite things at the table! We also loved that we had so many different servers checking in on us throughout the evening. We were very well taken care of and we will absolutely be back!

    Creative, interesting food expertly prepared. The flavors were balanced and the chef showed subtlety. The server was excellent and made great suggestions for both the food and wine. We loved it and will be back. Wish it were a bit quieter.

    We had a quiet Wednesday lunch here. What was good ... An intriguingly curated cocktail menu - we wanted to try them all! The best fries we have ever had - seriously! Worth the visit just to try them. My wife had an outstandingly good Wagyu beef burger. Service was excellent - Jorge is a star! Ambience - it's an airy open restaurant in the lodge and of course in a beautiful setting. What was moderate ... I had a a cauliflower steak with mushrooms and a cauliflower / mushroom puree. It was good, but just a little bland. I'd have liked a dash of something sharp / spicy to add some lift, but then I do like a kick in my lunch. Nevertheless it was good and nicely prepared and presented. And nothing bad at all. An excellent lunch and good value too. Definitely going again, but I may watch the menu for changes in the vegetarian option.

    Wonderful meal - we had Steak Tartare, Caesar Salad, Crushed Potatoes, and a 10 oz Ribeye. Everything was fantastically flavorful and plated beautifully. The service was excellent and the food arrived in an appropriate amount of time - which is to say quickly, but slowly enough to ensure you know everything is made fresh to order. Great experience!
