Morimoto's contemporary Japanese menu infuses traditional dishes with Western ingredients and preparation techniques. His seasonal and ever-changing selection of raw fish preparations will feature the freshest seafood available as well as locally grown fruits and vegetables from supporting farmers.     Enjoyed a flavorful dinner. The lasagna was fresh and hearty. We were celebrating a birthday and the hostesses made a card for the birthday girl. Such a nice touch to the evening.

    Celadon continues to excel in menu variety, service, ambiance and value in Napa. The portions are large and easily split. The cassoulet was super- and very authentic. We also got a 3 course dinner for $49- excellent value ! only negative was our glass of red wine (house red and a Cabernet) was refrigerated and served ice cold- not sure how they got that so wrong?
