Our server, Bill, was terrific. The pacing of the meal was perfect. The food was beyond excellent. I highly recommend The Capital Grille. Be prepared to spend a lot, but it is money well-spent.

So happy the Beet salad is back bc it is so delicious and the tuna tartare is the best of any restaurant we’ve had. 8oz filet mignon and Surf and Turf for dinner were both cooked perfectly as we requested and we ate every single bite. Great food and reasonable prices.

Excellent dinner with family. The only disappointment was the charred guacamole. It was not spicy when it was supposed to be very hot. Everything else was tremendous. Orale has become one of our favorites in Morristown and a go to place for a nice dinner
