Amazing service, atmosphere and food. We had the longhorn and lobster tail, table side cesar and table side bananas foster. Service was prompt, and impeccable. They pretty much anticipated my needs before I even said anything. The steaks, Cesar and bananas foster were absolutely delicious and I would absolutely dine here again in the future. My new favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas.

We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

I am very, very picky about Mexican food, and let me tell you:Javier's is Magnificent. First, a tasty jalapeno marg that actually has some bite. The Aguachile Del Rey was superb, as good as, or better than anything I've had in Vallarta, and I've never had octopus that was this tender. The braised pork chile verde was MASTERFUL, just absolute perfection (I know because this is something I've attempted at home many times, without success). Beautiful, intimate/enveloping yet airy setting on the casino floor. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Carmen for your help today!

First time for breakfast after coming many, many times for dinner. Our party ordered the crepe du jour, corned beef hash and the breakfast sandwich. Each was unique and delicious. The crepe was very large with seasonal berries. The sandwich had a “too die for” green goddess sauce. The corned bee hash was tender and tasty with Yukon golds (we opted for scrambled instead of poached eggs). Josh was very attentive without “interrupting”’our experience. He kept the drinks full and checked in as necessary. Highly recommend.

This is the best buffet in Las Vegas, hands down. The food is excellent quality, and the service is usually top notch. It is very expensive but the quality of the food makes up for the price. I do not recommend going without a reservation as you may have to wait a while or not be seated at all. I also do not recommend going on a holiday as they increase the price for the same food you get on a regular day.
