This was our first time dining with Hayward. Food was excellent. People friendly, engaging and full of Information.

If you want a REAL FRENCH restaurant without flying to France, drive to Carleton OR and go to Cuvée. My wife is from France and I am now also have my French citizenship. Our friend asked us if this was typical of a good French restaurant. Definitely! Except the tables are much less cramped. Everything is made in house and the chef is the owner and he also waits on tables with the help of another man. We have been 3 or 4 times and when we visit the area, it is always a MUST DO. If you want a true example of excellent French cooking—YES, every bit as good as my mother-in-law’s—go to Cuvée!!!!!

Awesome dinner, beautiful view, close proximity to town, attentive service and locally sourced food was phenomenal.
