At Landscape Restaurant & Grill, right in the heart of Hobart’s Hunter Street waterfront precinct, we create an unforgettable dining experience. The heart of our kitchen lies in the coals of our Asado grill. Here, our experienced team, led by Head Chef Nathaniel Embrey, sear aged local wagyu, tender Tasmanian lamb, freshly caught seafood and other premium ingredients, creating masterful dishes of unrivaled flavour. Adding to the unique quality of our dishes is the distinctive environment in which they’re served – the historic walls of the original IXL Jam Factory, surrounded by the iconic landscape art of John Glover. We were seated at a table for 2 by the window. The staff were very friendly & polite. The food was delicious. My husband had the burger & I had the porterhouse. Both meals were delicious. We then shared the brownie which was YUM!!!!!!!! We will certainly be going back again sometime to celebrate another special occasion.

We were a group of 4 women, 3 from Victoria here for the Melbourne Cup long weekend. We went to Frogmore for lunch the previous day which was a wonderful experience. We understood Bangor would be different. We loved our lunch, the whole experience; the staff were fantastic, the ambiance very pleasant and the food was delicious and portions very generous. We ordered mains each and 2 sides and a dessert to share. We couldn’t finish it! Our only comment was that perhaps in the combination of dishes we ordered, there were perhaps a too many elements. This was most evident in the green salad and the baked potatoes with the fish main. Thanks for a lovely experience. We’ll be back.
