Ordered a petite fillet cooked “medium” and it was, the problem I have with the steak is that it was a grey color and barely had any grill marks on it or that hot off the grill flavor.It’s like it was pre cooked then thrown on the grill for a minute to warm it back up and put the grill marks on

We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

The new bar and seating area is by far the best in Mesquite casinos. Food is fantastic and setting. Great service. I wish it was easier to book for 5 or 6 people rather than having to call in. Would make easier if you could book online for at least 6. Over all loved new look.

This is the best buffet in Las Vegas, hands down. The food is excellent quality, and the service is usually top notch. It is very expensive but the quality of the food makes up for the price. I do not recommend going without a reservation as you may have to wait a while or not be seated at all. I also do not recommend going on a holiday as they increase the price for the same food you get on a regular day.
