Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability.     We went for my friend’s birthday lunch. She choose Vooper’s Hawk as she loved it when we went once before for lunch. We started off with the goat cheese and grilled vegetable flatbread. It was delicious! We shared that. Then we each ordered the wedge salad. It was fantastic. For dessert i let her choose. She chose a s’mores dessert. It was layered. And TGS top was a gooey browned marshmallow topping. So yummy. Our server Marc R was fabulous. He got everything right. We never had to look for him. Highly recommend.

    This wasn't our first time at Capriccio, but it was the very best choice for us to enjoy a beautiful and delicious Christmas dinner. With kids grown and out of the house, we chose this exceptional dining experience as a Christmas gift for both of us. Our server, William, was way beyond superior and the food, well, I simply have no words to describe just how delicious it was. I'm first generation Italian born in the US, so believe me when I say that the menu choices check EVERY box for quality ingredients, preparation, and especially taste. This little gem is a MUST try!!!!

    This is a hidden gem. The best way to describe it is an affordable chain steakhouse. I was blown away by the selection of wines and how each menu item is paired with a wine and there’s no overlap. Our server Brian did a great job explaining everything and made our experience wonderful. I ordered the fillet mignon and I was not disappointed! I can’t wait to come back and dine again
