Very similar to the Spanish Tapas, this modern Milanese style of dining is derived from the combination of the words Aperitivo (happy hour) and Cena (dinner).     Sputino is consistently the best male have ever had. I am almost emotional about the pasta dishes we had this time. The dishes are inspired and full of flavor. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely seem happy to be a part of something truly special. Sputino and the team that creates the experience we had deserve to be recognized for excellence.     I'm not gluten-free but my wife is. We split a pizza with gluten-free crust . Seriously one of the best pizzas in town, if not the best.  Gluten-free crust was so light, crisp, and perfect. Definitely could not tell it was gluten-free. Everything else  we was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back.

    Love this place. Consistent and great for older folks. Mom adores it. Wish I’d watched dore this house 35 years ago when I was a kid!!! Kudos to the Wheat Ridge mayor for a select restoration.
