Opening Angelo Pizza, Bar and Tapas restaurant was a passion of Chef Angelo Elia for more than eight years. While Casa D"Angelo has been a place for him to showcase his depth of Italian technique, he wanted to create a restaurant that felt more like the simple Italy he visits year after year where ingredients are at the forefront. A place where you could come and sit and pick at food as you want with friends. But it didn't come that easy. Like all things that are simple, careful thought and research has gone into the menu and the guarded sources of our premium ingredients.     Moved away from West Boca 6+ years ago and haven't been to Patrino's since, till last night. The remodeled restaurant adds to the wonderful food plus service. Best skirt steak in Boca/Delray. 15 minutes from home in West Boynton/Delray. Will be back more frequently.

    Interesting experience. The food was excellent. My companions and I opted for the standard menu fair and saved the pizza selection for the future. Our server was most knowledgeable and attentive. There several monitors featuring a variety of scenes, this provided an interesting distraction. It was a fairly busy evening with some background chatter and clatter, which did not distract from the dining experience. Once again, the food was excellent. I plan to return to enjoy some of the other morsels.

    A wonderful business dinner. Flavorful cocktails, delicious food, excellent service. Highly recommend and would go back. We were supposed to be seated at a table in the bar area and it was quite loud and they seated us in the regular dining area which helped.
