Great experience! Christmas Day can be crazy, but the staff at Benihana made it a great day. We did wait about 45 minutes past our reservation time, but were seated promptly and had a great chef! (Chefsito) who balanced his great cooking skills with a warm sense of humor. Food was great. Server was attentive and kept the drinks filled. Even though it sure was a crazy day for dining out, it was really awesome!

What an amazing experience from the time we arrived and were greeted by the Reception staff to Chef Bruno in the lobby greeting guests as they come in, this was by far the best experience we have had at any restaurant! We arrived early and were welcome to take photos of the beautiful restaurant and grab a drink at the upstairs bar. My husband had a California Cab and I had a berry Mojito, a special on the menu. The mojito was the best I have ever had! What a great start! We were seated at a quaint table for two and provided water and rolls immediately. We ordered the Volcano Roll for appetizers and it arrived very shortly after. The roll was 6 pieces and I wish there were more because it was so delicious! We ordered our entrees next, I ordered the Blackened Ahi and my husband had the Petite Filet. Both arrived quickly and were presented well. The Blackened Ahi was absolutely fantastic and my husband’s filet was melt-in-your-mouth good! We had the privilege of speaking with Chef Bruno one more time. Brian was so delightful to talk to and engaged in conversation with us. We never felt rushed, and after we ordered the soufflé (definitely order this early in your meal), we were told it would take 20 mins to make. It seemed like it was just minutes and it was at our table. This was the absolute best dessert we have ever had! Our meal was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the restaurant was decorated in the holiday spirit. Such an awesome experience! I’m so glad we came and would come back again in a heartbeat!

This was my first time dining at Craft by Smoke and Fire, and I can honestly say it was the best barbecue I've ever had. The flavors were absolutely amazing, with each dish cooked to perfection. The meats were tender, juicy, and packed with smoky goodness, and the sides were the perfect complement. Every bite was a true delight. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their incredible barbecue!
