Restaurants near Pleiades Spa

This is a gem in the middle of the Rockies. Stunning views and great ambience. Unfortunately for us, we arrived, with a reso, during a very busy happy hour and they did not have much food left from the happy hour menu to offer(they only offer a limited menu during these hours) and their feature cocktail was no longer available as well. We ordered the last of the 2 flatbreads but they had no cheese. They did offer burgers from their regular menu but at the regular price. This is somewhat of an unfair review as they seemed to be unusually busy and we waited a long time for even a menu. The reason I write this review is to urge people to go at the beginning of après (2-5) or during normal dinner service. Obviously, it is a hot spot. I would just avoid a 4 p.m. reso. We would definitely go back!

It took a while to get the food, but it was worth the wait. Souflee pancakes were divine, and they didn't skimp on the salmon or hollandaise sauce for the eggs benny. The only tragedy was a lack of gluten-free hashbrowns. Pan-fry some potatoes for the gluten-free people!

The experience had its ups and downs—the food could have been better prepared, as it felt like something you could easily make at home. However, places like this are great for offering inexpensive, home-style meals, and there’s potential for improvement in overall quality. The atmosphere was lovely and added a nice touch to the visit.

IF you are looking for a great meal, quiet location, this is the place in the off season. Enjoy!

Great Thanksgiving meal - good service, they should have some light music and a more extensive wine list.
