Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

This restaurant is a tribute to the late Felix Rosado and the cantina bears his name. Felix was a Mexican immigrant who lived in Milford, Pennsylvania and opened the original La Posada Mexican Restaurant in Dingman’s Ferry in the late 1980’s. The restaurant was not just a destination for tourists visiting the Poconos; it became a favorite to locals. We’ve been dining here over 20 years and always been very happy. Last night my entree was served cold and I gently asked to have it warmed up. The server was not only apologizing but they gave us two desserts “on the house.” To me that is classy. PS my dinner was delicious

We had a lovely romantic dinner. The menu was creative and everything was delicious! The TQ chowder was delicious, a combination of New England and Manhattan style chowders, with lots of clams. We both liked it! The tables were all full, so the sound level was reasonable for the circumstances.

An amazing experience, so good I went 2 nights in a row!! Everything about Butter was fantastic, from the cocktails (Bourbon Cherry Sour and Old Fashioned), apps (Sushi flatbread, Tuna Tartare) and entrees (Steak Frites, Pork Chops) to the ambiance, I cannot wait to go back. Chef Arnao is amazing, thank you for a wonderful experience.

I thought this was a more of a formal restaurant. However, that being said, I really enjoyed the elk burger and FRIES! My husband and I enjoyed the fries the most!! You definitely need to go when you are in town.
